null and void.....Really!

Not a court in the world recognizes any contract agreed to under coercion and duress, and that's exactly what we, as Southerners, are supposedly bound by. In the wake of the War of Northern Aggression, the several Southern States were forced "back into the union". Legitimate State governments were replaced with puppet regimes.
"Carpetbaggers" and "scallawags" were empowered within the political system, so that we had the appearance of "free elections". In fact, only those favored by the Yankee oppressors were allowed to hold or even run for office. Even the "Constitutionally guaranteed right to vote" was set aside, by our oppressors. Anyone with Confederate ties was completely disenfranchised, they couldn't vote, much less run for or hold office (except in a few cases, where the yankees felt it was in their best interest to allow it). However the blacks which were totally unwelcome up north, were relocated to the South and made to vote. Though most were illiterate, the "philanthropic Yankees" assisted them with their voting, and often times paid them to vote a certain way. These practices ultimately led to the demise of the Democratic Party, at least as it had been. The Democratic Party became the second head of a "Two-headed monster" we now laughingly refer to as a "Two Party System".
Back to the illegality of the Empire's government.....
Any serious student of history should know that Abe Lincoln set aside the u.S. Constitution in the prosecution of his dirty war. (Free speech, freedom of the press, Right to assemble, Habeas Corpus...and on and on, were done away with) The 13th* and 14th (and 16th, for that matter) amendments were never legally ratified, but were implemented anyway as though they had been ratified.
Franklin D. Roosevelt followed Abe's lead in 1933, and he finalized the setting aside of the u.S. Constitution, with his "Emergency Powers Act" and his expanded "War Powers Act", it has never been restored. The u.S. Constitution is NOT IN FORCE TODAY! Fact.
Now that we have established the fact that the u.S. Constitution is not in force, let us turn back the pages of history once more.
After the War of Northern Aggression, with the yankee occupation and martial law, all of the Southern States were forced to discard and re-write their State Constitutions. ( And if you wonder about the "separation of Church and State" issue, consider this: prior to Lincoln's dirty little war the State Constitution of Tennessee, listed as a requirement for holding ANY STATE COUNTY OR MUNICIPAL OFFICE, that you MUST BE A CHRISTIAN ! I guess those folks didn't have as enlightened of a Supreme Court as we have now. )
When Robert E. Lee surrendered at Appomattox, he did so as a General in the Confederate Army, surrendering only himself and his troops. He did not and could not surrender the Government of the Confederacy, he made no attempt to, as he was not so authorized. When Jefferson Davis was captured, he surrendered only himself and the few staff members that accompanied him. He refused to surrender the Government of the Confederacy. There was never a "peace treaty" negotiated or signed with the Confederacy. The Confederacy still exists today, though the seats of government are vacant.
The only "in place" and legitimate Constitution in America is the Constitution of the C.S.A. We are an occupied country, but we still exist ! Just as Poland didn't cease to exist when they were under the USSR, neither have we ceased to exist under the yankee empire.
So you see, the only claim the Yankees have on us, is through coercion and duress !
That fact alone renders their claim null and void, in any court in the world.
* There was a 13th amendment legally ratified, but it is not the one in use today, it is totally different, but it didn't suit the purposes of the elite, it was about "titles of nobility" and such. Consequently, it has been conveniently "swept under the rug", hoping it would be forgotten. It was to have prevented lawyers and judges from becoming the tyrants, that they have become today.
